Eezy Transportation is committed to the safety of every passenger on every trip.

Website preview

Eezy Transportation maintains a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy for all drivers and safety-sensitive personnel. This policy is designed to keep our passengers, our team, and the public safe.

1. Prohibited conduct

No driver or safety-sensitive employee shall:

2. Pre-employment screening

All driver candidates are subject to pre-employment drug testing and a review of prior drug and alcohol testing history before performing any safety-sensitive function. A verified negative result is required before the first trip.

3. Random testing

Drivers and safety-sensitive employees are subject to unannounced random drug and alcohol testing as required by applicable federal and state regulations, conducted through a scientifically valid random selection method.

4. Reasonable-suspicion testing

A supervisor trained in the signs and symptoms of drug use and alcohol misuse may require an employee to submit to testing when there is reasonable suspicion that the employee has violated this policy.

5. Post-accident testing

Drivers are subject to post-accident drug and alcohol testing following qualifying accidents, as defined by applicable federal regulations, when required by law.

6. Consequences of violations

Any employee who violates this policy — including a positive test, refusal to test, or falsification — will be immediately removed from safety-sensitive duty and may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. Drivers are not returned to safety-sensitive duty until they have completed the required evaluation and return-to-duty process, including follow-up testing.

7. Passenger safety

If a passenger has any concern about a driver's conduct or fitness for duty, they should contact us immediately at (214) 229-3324 or info@eezytransportation.com. Every report is reviewed promptly.
